I have some ideas on content for various platforms. I haven't been active on social media for the past few years due to time constraints and to be honest, the polluted atmosphere. I plan to bring levity and enjoyment to the landscape. Do you think there might be appearances by a few "special characters?"

What is the origin of the nickname "Foodpimp"?

Though I have served in several management and support roles in foodservice, I was a street rep for the majority of my career.

One of my most loyal customers tagged me as that and I use it to honor her memory. She taught me the value of a true partnership.
